For best results, exfoliate in the bath or shower prior to use. Apply the tanning water to dry skin starting at your feet and working your way up using a circular motion. Once application is complete, allow the product to dry for a few minutes before coming in contact with bedding or clothes, and 7-8 hours before swimming, showering, or sweating. To maintain color, hydrate skin daily with a nourishing moisturizer and reapply tanning water once or twice a week.
